Class Levels:

Gentle: These gentle classes are appropriate for all ages, all levels and all abilities. Gentle is a great option for those starting their yoga journey. Gentle classes are also a great way to balance out a stronger practice with slower, relaxing options. Prenatal appropriate.


The Basics: The Basics class will help fill in the blanks and help the newer student build strength for Intermediate and Power level classes. Intermediate classes will offer you a stronger foundation on essential postures and philosophies of yoga vinyasa/flow.

Intermediate: Intermediate classes are appropriate for the yoga student who has a basic foundational knowledge of  and who is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. These classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance *Prenatal appropriate for those who had a yoga practice prior to pregnancy.


Power: These classes are strong, but accessible Vinyasa flow classes that will utilize deep breathing, core work, fluid sequences to work towards arm balances and inversions. These classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strenth and endurance.

INTERMEDIATE: Dark Wave Yoga

Dark Wave Yoga is one of our signature vinyasa yoga classes.  In a darkened room, this unique class is set to dark and melancholy sounds of new wave, post-punk, gothic, industrial, alt rock music, reggae, hip-hop or music inspired by cult figures & films.

Much like our Dark Wave Yoga classes, the fluid yoga movements are inspired by the music of various artists chosen for the week.

Power: Root To Rise

Root to Rise is a powerful, but accessible Vinyasa flow class that utilize deep breathing, core work, yoga drills and other fluid sequences to work towards arm balances and inversions. Root to Rise includes a blend of dynamic sequences like the sun salutations, balancing postures and other vibrant postures to wake the mind and body connection.

Our vinyasa classes take the postures and put them into motion. Vinyasa includes a blend of traditional and modern approaches to hatha yoga. Controlling the breath is a big part of these classes as you will be encouraged to move in sync with your breath. Our teachers understand how to integrate their own knowledge with sequences that develop into more complex ideas.

Power: Ashtanga Hour

This class was inspired by our teacher,

David Swenson, "The real yoga is what we can not see!"

Join us for this hour of the essentials of Ashtanga Yoga.  
You will be lead through a shorter form of the full primary series.  Modifications or advanced options will be given to help students explore their full range of their potential. 

Ashtanga is a vinyasa based system of postures introduced by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India. Ashtanga emphasizes deep breathing, fluid movements, building a deep internal heat, hands on adjustments and surrendering to what can not be seen.

Intermeadiate: Flow 45

Flow 45 is a fourth-five minute invigorating vinyasa class set to fun music. At the end of class there will be a 5 minute resting meditation.

This class will take the postures and put them into motion with breath, alignment and intention. Flow includes a blend of traditional and modern approaches to hatha yoga. Controlling the breath is a big part of these classes as you will be encouraged to move with synchronicity. Our teachers understand how to integrate their own knowledge with sequences that develop into more complex ideas. We believe vinyasa is the most adaptable type of yoga, and our approach can help students access new ways of breathing and moving.

Gentle: Yin Yoga

Our lighthearted take on the practice of Yin incorporates conversation, laughter and community.  Athletes or not, no matter the age or level, EVERYONE can benefit from this specialized approach to asana in a modern way.
Yin yoga can help deeply open your body with long meditative holds, helping our fascial tissue slowly release stickiness. Yin provides an opportunity for our emotional bodies  to slow down and surrender, memories and stuck patterns. This practice is for all humans who are looking to slowly open up tight areas of the body and to help create better overall mobility.

Gentle: Restorative Yoga

Our restorative class helps you in the most supportive way.  

Throughout class we will use breath, bolsters, blankets, blocks, the walls, and aroma therapy to find comfort and relaxation in every pose. Exploring restorative yoga helps you relax the mind and the body & explore the stillness of life.

The Basics: Foundations of Flow

Foundations of Flow at Lucky Cat Yoga
The foundations of flow take basic yoga postures and put them into motion. This is a great class for the beginner and seasoned yoga student. For the beginner, this class will give the student a strong foundation of knowledge to help them advance to more stronger vinyasa classes. For the seasoned student it is a place to refine their mental practice, refine pranayama (controlling the breath) and asana (postures) in a slower flow state. Class will be a blend of traditional and modern approaches to hatha and vinyasa yoga. The movements are linked together by breath to gain strength and flexibility, while keeping a steady pace builds heat, endurance and balance. Controlling the breath is a big part of these classes as you will be encouraged to move in sync with your breath. Our teachers understand how to integrate their own knowledge with sequences that develop into more complex ideas. We believe Vinyasa is the most adaptable type of yoga. Just Breathe! All Levels

Facing the rising or lowering sun, we offer a time for intention and an opportunity to set the tone for our life off the mat. Bring your wings!
