This sweet Flow yoga class takes the foundational yoga postures and put them into motion. This is a great class for the beginner and experienced vinyasa student. Vinyasa flow is a method of yoga that includes a blend of traditional and modern approaches to hatha yoga. The movements are linked together to gain strength and flexibility, while keeping a steady pace builds heat, endurance and balance. The more experienced flow student will find its a wonderful class to refine pranayama (controlling the breath) and asana (postures) in a slower flow state. Controlling the breath is a big part of these classes as you will be encouraged to move in sync with your breath. Our teachers understand how to integrate their own knowledge with sequences that develop into more complex ideas. We believe Vinyasa is the most adaptable type of yoga. Just Breathe!
Levels 1 & 2
