At Lucky Cat Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just a physical practice, yoga is a wellness art that promotes mindfulness, self-awareness, wellbeing and inner peace. Our goal is to guide our students to cultivate these qualities through the practice of yoga and meditation.

200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training:
February -December 2027

10 months you will become a 200hr Lucky Cat Yoga All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga
Included in the cost of training:
-10 months unlimited monthly yoga at Lucky Cat Yoga
-All books needed for training
-17th Edition of our Teacher Training Manual.
-Small Group Training so you receive personal attention.
-Post Graduation Mentoring.
-Job placement for qualifying graduates.
Required hours:
4 hrs on selected Saturdays, with virtual anatomy coursework component

300hr Yoga Teacher Training
300 Hour All Levels Yoga Teacher Training

A la carte Moduels : $500 for each 5 day session
Our unique and immersive 300 hour teacher training program is a meet weekly immersion. Every Sunday from 12:15-4:15 you will learn All Levels VInyasa Yoga at the 300 hour level.
You can choose to start the training experience anytime paying in full or on. A payment plan or you can pick and choose individual modules and pay as you train!
You have up to 5 years to complete all 10 modules.
You can miss up to 3 Sunday lectures before you have to pay to make up the time missed.
You will be off some Sundays around Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July.
Email for Application process. You must HAVE A 200HR LEVEL YOGA CERTIFICATION.
