Join Eric Wheeler as he guides you through a flow yoga class designed to embody the 5 elements, Fire, Earth, Water, Air and Spirit. As Eric guides you through the all levels to intermediate vinyasa class, the band SealSkin will serenade you with live music.

Your teacher:
Tampa Bay. Eric is a vinyasa innovator and creates a mood through strong, but thoughtful asana practice.  In his teachings, he incorporates mindful asana, anatomical knowledge, concepts from the yoga sutras, mantras, and live music. You can find Eric at The Dali on Sundays, or at Dark Wave Yoga at Lucky Cat Yoga.Eric has a extensive teaching resume and has been part of Tampa Bay’s yoga community since 2002. He is currently teaching Yoga at the Dali, Yoga in the Park, Root to Rise, Ashtanga hour, yoga 101, prana flow, chair yoga, kids yoga and bhakti vinyasa in the Tampa Bay Area.  Eric and his wife start Lucky Cat Yoga from their own teaching and bring yoga to many locations in Tampa Bay. Eric is a vinyasa innovator and creates a mood through strong, but thoughtful asana practice.  In his teachings, he incorporates mindful asana, anatomical knowledge, concepts from the yoga sutras, mantras, and live music. Sealskin & Zitrovision, a Barcelona-based music duo, blend diverse cultural influences into immersive audiovisual concerts. Sealskin, with roots in Russia, Armenia, Mongolia, and the Far East, views music creation as a sacred process, focusing on sound healing and spiritual alchemy. Zitrovision, hailing from Florida and Puerto Rico, is renowned for nature drone cinematography and is now exploring handpan music while collaborating with artists worldwide. Together, they are co-creators, lovers, and pioneers in evolving the sounds of neo-soul, electronic, world, synth, and percussion while infusing sounds of ancient times with shamanic elements, light language, and ethereal instruments.  Catch their debut US shows in Spring 2024 for a unique sensorial and cinematic experience. The yin portion will be complimented by an immersive, therapeutic sound bath designed to harmonize your mind, body and spirit, as the instruments they are. 

Madisson is a current teacher member of Lucky Cat Yoga known for his unmistakable brand Yoga Punx St Pete. Madisson’s passion for movement and music knows no bounds.

Allie is a certified sound therapy practitioner whose offerings are rooted in a blend of ancient practices alongside modern techniques, creating a harmonious space for relaxation, healing, and inner exploration.
