Gentle Levels: These are the classes that are appropriate for all ages, all levels and all abilities. Gentle Levels classes are great options for those starting their yoga journey or when you are refining a slower practice. These are good foundational classes and where students are given mindful modifications and shown how to use props when needed.

Gentle- All Levels: These are the classes that are appropriate for all ages, all levels and all abilities.
These classes are great options for those starting their yoga journey, but are also good foundational classes for the yoga student who has practiced for at least 6 months and is ready to refine a slower practice. Classes like Gentle Flow.
All Levels: This level is for the yoga student who has practiced for at least 6 months and is ready to add postures that will build stamina, strength, and stability.
All-Intermediate Levels:
This level of classes are appropriate for the yoga student who has a 6 month foundation of poses and who is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Rooted in breath control, these classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance moving towards advanced postures like crow, handstand, headstand and other advanced poses. *Prenatal appropriate for those who had a yoga practice prior to pregnancy. Classes like Dark Wave Yoga, House of Yoga, Energetic Flow and Vinyasa Flow are this level.
Intermediate: Intermediate classes are appropriate for the yoga student who has a 6 month foundation of poses and who is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. Rooted in breath control, these classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance moving towards advanced postures like crow, handstand, headstand and other advanced poses. *Prenatal appropriate for those who had a yoga practice prior to pregnancy.
Intermediate-Advanced Levels: These classes are strong, but accessible Vinyasa flow classes that will utilize deep breathing, core work, fluid sequences to work towards arm balances and inversions. These classes are excellent for the student who wants to build strength and endurance. All levels are welcome in these classes and do what you can. No pressure to preform.
