In 10 months you will become a certified Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher of All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher who will be able to register with Yoga Alliance. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.

Root to Rise is a innovative vinyasa flow class that utilize deep breathing, core work, yoga drills and other fluid sequences to work towards arm balances and inversions. Lucky Cat Yoga owner and Lead teacher, Eric Wheeler created Root to Rise which includes a blend of dynamic sequences like the sun salutations, balancing postures and other vibrant postures to wake the mind and body connection. Facing the rising or lowering sun, we offer a time for intention and an opportunity for the day.
