Our vision at Lucky Cat Yoga Seminole Heights is to create a space where people can experience the joy, peace, and transformation that comes with a dedicated yoga practice. We are committed to providing high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive community, and promoting holistic wellness.

Our Evolution

Over the years, Lucky Cat Yoga Seminole Heights has evolved into a hub for yoga, wellness, and community. We have expanded our offerings to include workshops, events, and trainings, and have cultivated a team of talented and passionate teachers.

Class Levels Descriptions

Gentle Levels:

Appropriate for all ages, all levels and all abilities. Gentle Levels classes are great options for those starting their yoga journey. A slower practice for those with yoga experience and who are looking to refine their pose knowledge and slow down. A great foundation class where students are given mindful modifications and a space to learn how to use props when needed.

Try classes like: Restorative and sound bath meditation, Yin and Restorative, Yoga Nidra and other Guided Meditation classes, Peaceful Flow, and Chair Yoga classes.

Gentle-All Levels:

This level is also great option for those starting their yoga journey. Teachers will build from simple movements to more complex. Teachers will offer a few more options to intensify the practice for the All Levels student who has practiced for at least 6 months, and is ready to try more intense options like full yoga push ups, twists with binds, and standing balancing poses.

Try classes like: Gentle Flow and Peaceful Flow.

( All Levels students have at least 6 months experience and are ready build stamina, strength, and stability.)

All-Intermediate Levels:

Appropriate for the yoga student who has a 6 months experience practicing and looking to

add postures that will build stamina, strength, and stability. In these classes you will be

moving towards advanced postures like standing splits, half moon, twisted moon, crow, side crow, floor splits w/ variations, headstand, handstands, easy bird of paradise and other foundations of advanced poses.

Try classes like: Energetic Flow, House of Yoga and Dark Wave Yoga.

Intermediate-Advanced Levels:

Strong and challenging Vinyasa flow classes. These classes are for students with 1 year or more experience. In these classes you will utilize deep breathing, challenging platform changes, deep core work, fluid multi directional sequences, advanced twists & binds, arm balances, and inversions. Class includes jumping back and forward, crow, side crow, fallen angels, handstands, headstand, easy bird and full bird of paradise, figure four arm balancing and many other advanced poses.
