House of Yoga and Dark Wave Yoga classes are where music LOVERS fall in LOVE with the ART of Yoga.
Our teachers will lead an All to Inrmediate level flow class to a variety of genres of music and artists . You will move in and out of postures using your breath to feel the "flow" . The music varies every week and is posted monthly.
These classes are designed to lift your spirits, feel welcoming, and be challenging to most levels. You will be given plenty of options to modify or intensify your practice
*Prenatal appropriate for those who had a yoga practice prior to pregnancy and who are cleared by their wellness advisor.
